Payment Instructions: Auction Begins on Thursday, February 9th, 2023 and runs thru Tuesday, February 21st, 2023. Auction begins closing @ 5pm. You are invited to pay for items any time after 8am Wednesday morning. All Pickups and payments are due by Friday, February 24th, 2023 by 3pm for payments and by 4:00pm for ALL pickups.

TIME CHANGE PLEASE NOTE: Due to daylight saving time our auction ends at 7pm EST which equals to 5pm AZ time. Please be aware of this change and watch your auction count down timers for accurate timing on items ending or closing.

Bidding is a 'Soft' Closing. EXAMPLE: Bidding will start to close at 4pm on Tuesday with lot #1. Bidding will close on 6 items per minute, until all items are closed. (example: If the item you are bidding on is lot #100, your item may not close until 4:30pm or later.) So you may want to set a Max Bid or watch the bidding.

To prevent sniper bidding (somebody bidding at the last second) if the item receives a bid within the last 60 seconds, the item will reset to 60 seconds to allow for additional bidding opportunities.

PAYMENTS: Payments Due by Friday, February 24th, 2023 following the auction from 8am–3pm (NO IN-PERSON PAYMENTS - ONLINE PAYMENTS ONLY)

Late Payment charges of 3% of the outstanding balance starts Friday, February 24th, 2023 following the auction @ 3pm. All sale items not paid by 3pm on the Friday following the auction will be canceled.

LOAD-OUT: 3-DAY LOAD-OUT ONLY!!! Wednesday-Friday (February 22ndth-24th, 2023) ONLY following the auction from 8am-4pm. All Items not picked up by 4pm on Friday, February 24th, 2023 will be considered abandoned and returned to the owner. To ensure the quality of your purchase, REMOVE YOUR ITEMS IMMEDIATELY.

SURPLUS:

A 15% Buyer’s Premium on the bid price applies

Acceptable Payment methods for the 15% Buyer's Premium: 
- Cashier’s Check 
- Online using Debit Card or Credit Card (3% fee applies) 
- EFT (wire transfer OR direct deposit) into one of our three major banks (Bank of America and Chase) ATTENTION: WELLS FARGO NO LONGER A VALID PAYMENT OPTION, if you deposit to Wells Fargo we will not receive your funds.
- Zelle Payments accepted up to $3,500.00. Use zellepay@sierraauction.com from your Mobile App or online. Some banks limit accounts to $500 per day so check with your bank first if your invoice is more than $500.
